Homeserve is a very good company, but after they inspected my damage, no one called me to informed me that the warranty company wanted a small fee before they would approve the item to be installed 3 days wasted until I called the warranty company, not good.

Homeserve was great as usual , they had mangi electrical call me back the same day , and came out the same day everything was fixed .The team from mangi electrical was nice, they cleaned up before they left and took care of everything.I highly recommendHomeserve & mangi electrical.Great experience.

Thé issue was qualified as a storm drainage problem. While the water intake was indeed outside the house, the water glow was part of the global water evacuation of the whole house. Therefore, the clogging was an issue inside the water evacuation system within the house. My claim was not at all heard by your services.

been without hot water a week and a half killing my MS.......... so much for paying for warranties. Today they showed up and hopefully will get it fixed thanks . Town and Country plumbing has been amazing they are incredible to work with .......... Highly professional they even fixed screw ups of the last three plumbers

The first group (Town & Country) that was assigned to our project via HomeServe was a complete disaster. HomeServe was able to step in with a quick solution to take care of everything seamlessly. They brought in True Plumbing, which I give 10 stars on customer service, communication, professionalism, and completion of the project in excellent form. Thanks to all!

HS sent out a plumber, whose name i won't mention, they did not fix our drain issue and left us hanging with a clogged drain for six weeks and no communication as to how to proceed with repairs. I called back, spoke to management, they sent out a different plumbing company, they got the clog out. And recommeded future repairs in case the clog comes back. HS is worth the premium, because regular HOMEOWNERS insurance does not cover anything. The teams at HS are very friendly and helpful.
