The plumber was excellent; however, the person at Homeserve failed to submit the work order to the plumber. When I didn’t hear from the plumber by 10 o’clock the following morning, I contacted them. That’s when they told me they didn’t have any work order for my job. Even though the service was performed quickly, I feel that if the work order had been submitted on time, I would’ve had hot water sooner.

PLUMBER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.... LOOKED AT SINK AND BASEMENT PLUMBING.. GOT SINK CLEARED... THANK GOD FOR THAT.... EVEN PUT AWAY ALL DEBRIS UNDER THE SINK!!! AND HE INSTALLED A GARBAGE COLLECTOR ON FLOOR OF KITCHEN SINK!!
