You have referred our 3 calls to Round-the-Clock Plumbing. They have been very responsive and resolved the issue in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone and, if I ever need service that is not covered under my Home Serve contract, I will call them direct.

Located the problem the water was coming from outside when their is a heavy water it comes into my basement I did not have a problem with my water pipes.

There was a large hole in my front yard. The water was checked. no leakage. The pipe in the basement was cleaned out, and a new clean-out was installed. I was pleased with the guys who came.My gutters were installed the same day by Leaf-Filter

HomeServe has performed far better then I expected. I never thought I would be using their gutter line maintenance service but it came in handy in April 2022. One day out of nowhere I had a sewer backup. I scheduled service call from HomeServe portal and someone was at my house the same day. To my shock, I found out that my gutter line had collapsed. HomeServe had my back and took care of the repair bill.Thank You so much HomeServe !!!!

Service was fine and Lanzo was great BUT Lanzo plumbing is NOT a critical / Emergency plumber. I called on Saturday and they rep could hear the water rushing in my basement. She marked my request as critical...Lanzo called contacted me Monday. You should find plumbers that are open 24 hours for critical situations.
