Excellent service as the first plumber did not have a long enough snake for my sewer drain, but HomeServe approved a second work order as I found another covered plumber who completed the job with a longer snake.

We experienced a sudden high volumne water leak next to our water meter. We had to turn off the water to our house. We called Homeserve who called R B Travis who agreed to dispatched a plumber asap. The plumber arrived and fixed our leak quickly and correctly. We had water back by dinner time. Very pleased with Homeserve and R. B. Travis.

Homeserve personnel were very helpful and accommodating. Our problem was with the quality of the plumbers that were sent to do the repair. They both - we tried two different companies - were slow and unreliable. The repair took almost two months.

Had plumbing issues and called for service. They didn’t repair because I guess it wasn’t going to cost a lot. They didn’t offer to fix for reduced price. Just left me with my issue. I guess my problem wasn’t serious enough.Not happy!Timing for appt worked but the issue wasn’t resolved.Single with home service plan to fix issues I know I can’t fix. Unhappy.
