Excellent Customer Response! From the moment I reported my home related problem, HomeServe supported me and guided me through each step. First, they setup an appointment with the contracting company, time & Date. Secondly, HomeServe check back with me often to support me during my process and Wait...Great personnel!!!Thirdly, HomeServe Informed me when the contractor was leaving, and how far away the contractor was from my home until the time of arrival. The in-home service, the communication, the professionalism was amazing...So glad I had the HomeServe coverage!

GPS Plumbing and their technician John were wonderful and diagnosed our leaking kitchen sink in less than 5 minutes. The problem was in the faucet which he discovered and advised us it wasn't covered in our Home serve policy. We thanked him and would clearly want to use GPS Plumbing again. Thank you.
