My experience with the office staff, reporting my issue was excellent. I give it 5 plus Stars. The plumber was very pleasant and tried hard to find our water leak, however he could not locate it. Suggested that it was an issue with our water meter, the operator of our small water company came to replace the meter. He discovered that we did have a leak very close to the meter, he actually repaired this for us himself. So the issue is resolved but not completely by the plumber that HomeServe sent out. Possibly the only way to find the leak was to actually remove the meter.

My problem was fixed, but the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because we had to followup with HomeServe to find out where a plumber was. We were told we were going to get a call from a plumber and we never did. We had to call HomeServe after 2 days to find out what is going on. I am just glad this was not an emergency. If it was, we would have been screwed. This is not the first time this has happened.
