Everything was great , Vick was very professional. He arrived on time and went immediately to the problem. He made suggestions that the issue would not occur again. He also informed us that if it occurs again within 30 days that we call again in the event that it could be something else. We were very pleased with the service.

Customer service was very kind and professional.The company used, "United PLumbing", is very expensive when the customer has to pay for their service. I called another company, $100 cheaper. A waste of time and money.

I had a great experience with Home Serve. Called the support line because my HVAC wasn't cooling and they contacted the contractor who then came out later the same day and fixed the issue by adding in coolant.
