I already filled out a survey for this last service. He came same day after I was told I would have to wait till the next day. Matt I think was his name was very friendly fixed my foot and checked pipes under house.

The service and connection to a plumber was FAST and efficient. My only disappointment is that my needs are not covered by this insurance. How was I to know it was improperly installed originally? Seems not my fault AND it was just 3 years ago.Not your issue but I am still waiting for an estimate from Right Pipe Plumbing as I have to pay for it myself.

You had my address wrong. Please someone make sure all my contracts have the correct address. There is nothing wrong with the technician or the plumber. Homeserve, you need to train your people to put in the correct address

Fast appointment...excellent service by Intertech...the air conditioner tech was so courteous and had alot of knowledge and went out of his way to do some extra loose wires and replaced condenser..my ac works perfect and cold

Repair man said most of the repair are not covered, hard time to deal with repair man.Need to have professional team to take care businessTo change a small valve charging 300+ is too high
