Service was GREAT! No complaints.

HomeServe was great as responding quickly and coming to check out my clogged sewer drain that was causing my crawlspace to flood. The service man snaked the drain and I haven't had a problem since!

Staff was very professional and friendly

Initial call with person who took my call did not understand my problem. I told her it was a sewer issue and she was insisting that it was an internal plumbing problem and would not initiate service. After what was 5 or 10 minutes, I hung up from her because she just kept repeating the same thing per her script. When I called back, I had someone who was more competent. The service man was great and took care of snaking out the sewer line and agreed this was a sewer issue. I told him about the problem I had with the person who took my first call and he said he found it to be a common problem and had issues himself dealing with these people who answer the calls.

The plumber/contractor was great. The HomeServe respondse took three calls to get answers.
