I noticed that I had a water leak on my water line from my meter to the house. Panic ensued. I called the HomeServe phone number and described my problem. Immediately a plumber was dispatched to my home to arrive the next day. The plumbing service arrived earlier than they planned. They determine the problem and set about to fix it. In about two hours they had my leak fixed and I was back in business. I am very pleased with the performance of both HomeServe and the plumbing company (Accurate Plumbing) they sent out.

On my first call, your robot asked all kinds of questions, to which I responded, and then told me there was no record of my having any policy with you and words tantamount to Have a nice day. Sigh. Tried again - difficult to get to a real person. In case you haven't noticed, this is pretty much everybody's complain these days, no matter what the service involved is.

Homeserve has always been exemplary for service and courtesy. They do all they can to take care of any of the house problems they are suppose to. I have recommended them to many relatives in and out of our state. We wouldn't want to be without them.

Over the last week mays and sons plumbing have been at my home twice and it is still clogged!! because my main drain is clogged they put a Camara in 5’ and say they don’t see anything my main drain is over a 100’ to the street.so I requested a different contractor.
