My garbage disposal was not working. They sent out a plumber who figured out it was electrical. Agent wanted to charge me another copay to send out electrical company which I did not agree with. The agent was great in getting that charged waived and the electrician was great. I spoke with Lynn in contract support who said she would find out where in the contract says there should be 2 copay charges. I have not heard back where in the contract that a second charge is required if Homeserve misdiagnosed the problem.Please respond to this question for future reference if that should happen again.

The two guys who came here figured out the problem and fixed it!Knowledgeable and very hard working, even in some difficult working conditions.They explained to me what they had to do.Even had to stay late to finish as they could not leave it the way it was.I did not have to leave for a second night.The sewer drain line works so great now!!!Thanks!

Excellent customer service. Very organized and the representatives were nice. Good communication and everyone was on the ball

Had a weekend first time basement sewage backup and within two hours help arrived and rectified the problem. Needless to say, my wife and I were extremely relieved and also pleased with the speed, curtesy and workmanship provided. It wasn't such a bad day after all.
