They got us a plumber as fast as they could because we had to shut all the water off. The plumber arrived on time and fixed the issue immediately. Great job Home Serve hope your service continues like this if we should need anything in the future.

The problem was a dripping shower which I figured would be easy to fix so I contacted a handyman. He incorrectly advised me that the problem was in the pipes behind the shower wall which sounded like a complicated problem to correct. I tried HomeServe & was told it would be covered & a plumber was at my door by 9 the following morning. He saw the problem as the faucet which would not be covered. Although I made it clear I was willing to pay for the work, I was pretty much blown off & eventually called another plumbing company with the work completed the next day. I think the company selected by HomeServe specialized in drain work & wasn't a good choice for my concern.
