The contractor who responded was respectful and seemed knowledgeable. However, I did not appreciate the fact he advised me that I had to clear the refuse tmy toilet. Nor did he advise me prior to leaving I was not advised of the cause of the stoppage.

The service gentleman was on time and very through with all that he did. Even though it was a Friday evening he stayed until the job was done, and done very well. Outstanding attitude and professionalism. We are very appreciative for all that he did.

Downstairs toilet was stopped up and had overflowed with toilet paper. It took the repair men several tries to get it unclogged. They kept working until they succeeded. Very dedicated and courteous.

The Plumber that came to the house knew what he was doing. Found the leak in two minutes and fixed it within 15 minutes, cleaning up after himself before he left the house.
