With Home Serve I have always been able to obtain same day or within 24-hour assistance from a professional. The customer service reps at Home Serve have always been polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. I have nothing to say except good things!!! I understand the costs go up annually, and that is a sign of the times. I can only hope that for as long I am where, that I can continue to afford such a great service. Thank you, Home Serve.

Homeserve the contractor was great told everything he was doing

first two places they set up canceled and didnt get back to me or tell me they did.Geiger Plumbing who came out did a great job thought and within a quick time frame.

All around service from initial contact to completion of job. Everything was done in a timely fashion. Professional service from homeserve and the company they gave the job to.

Can’t say the service person didn’t do a great job. We have had this policy for several years and never used it. When we called in the issue they said it wouldn’t cost us anything for service. But it did cost us over $200.00 to change the faucet outside. We explained what was wrong
