I had to call multiple times, the first time I called the person took all my information but nothing was ever saved, and no one ever called to schedule my appointment. Then I was disconnected with the second person, which required me to call a third time and give all the same information again. The woman was helpful on my third phone call but I spend over an hour and a half repeating the same information to 3 people.

I am so grateful we had HomeServe coverage when our water heater went out. They took care of calling the plumber and scheduling all work! We had hot water back in no time, and the process was super quick, easy, and everything went so smooth! Definitely recommend using them! We are so grateful for HomeServe!

We have had HomeServe for years but this was our first time to have a plumbing problem. Called late in the day and the problem was fixed by 10:45am to next day. Great service.
