The response was excellence and timely .....the service techs were friendly and nice. We were a bit confused about trying to sell us a better policy to fix the leak because it might be inside the house. They said we might not be covered and it could cost us $500.00. Turns out they could fix it under the terms of the policy we had. Other than that confusion we were extremely happy!

The service technician sent was not able to tell me why I had excessive sand in the trap of my sewage discharge line. And I am still getting it today. So, my problem has not been solved!
