The Representative on the phone was pleasant and understanding to my situation and was willing to assist me in a timely manner. She contacted the contractor that was able to come out same day. The contractor showed up a few hours later and found my gas leak quickly. Contractor showed up the following morning, fixed the leak. From the time of the initial call to the Gas company, the call to HomeServe, and the Contractor taking care of the leak took less than 24 hours.
