We had a wonderful experience with HomeServe from the first phone call and throughout our repair. HomeServe went above and beyond, their dispatched personal communicated the process and informed us when the mechanics would be arriving, in a timely fashion they informed us what was broken, what needed to be fixed and how much our policy covered. Then, when the first company could not replace our unit for a few days, HomeServe found another company to come out the next day. OUR EXPERIENCE WAS 10 STARS!!!
