I called on Monday and was told that someone would be out the next day. on Tuesday I received a call from the vendor and they told me they wouldn't be out until Friday.

Nice, almost too nice. Asked if I lived alone, etc.; but they fixed the clog. However I told them my other toilet runs sometimes unless I run water. Still doing that. Weird.
