The technician sent was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. After the initial visit our problem was not 100% resolved. I called HomeServe back and within a few minutes, we were back on the schedule for the same day. The technician returned and promptly remedied our issue. He was more than apologetic. Both HomeServe and the local vendor went above what I expected of them to remedy our issue quickly and efficiently.

Your customer service representative from your home office was very accommodating. We did not have a problem with Home Serve however the contractor did not provide the proper paper work. The technician did a good job but the billing department sent incorrect information on the manufacturer of the water heater and wrong model & serial numbers. They did forward a corrected bill indicating A O Smith instead of a Rheem water heater was installed. However they never corrected the model or serial number and we still have not received a corrected invoice. The water heater, however, is working fine.
