I am so glad to have contact with home serve , so when I find out the problem I have to make a call first I asked what is my plans saying about my problem and I found a lot of help given to me from customer service to explain to me after that we decided an appointment and finally when the agent came to my house he was gettleman he knows what he is doing I was near him to help but he was professional work done and and think to home serve because they have this kind of agent

I wasn't home but he did a good job. My husband is sick because of the care he got in the hospital and nursing home during and after having Covid. A lady was at the house and helped get things ready for the guy to do his job. Thank you so much. I don't know if he used the jetter or not.

I didn't like the electrician sent to my home on April 9th to do repair to my bathroom switch. He was not friendly at all. Please don:t send this company to my home never again.

The repairman said my dishwasher was hooked up wrong to the circuit breaker not enough electrical power. So no sweat I will call the electrician to fix the circuit breaker.

Our home furnace had quit working on a Sunday morning. One call to HomeServe and 2 hours later it was up and running again! The technician from Jamco was speedy and professional. All in all, very prompt and exemplary service from Homeserve and the technician.

Came home from vacation to find our hot water heater’s pilot had gone out and we couldn’t get it to re-light. Contacted HomeServe and the representative, Theresa, went over and above to find us a company to service our hot water heater the same day. Stephen from Delco Storm & Sewer Services LLC was out in less than an hour and had our problem resolved in less than 15 minutes.
