I had a water main break, which can be a very stressful and expensive emergency situation...All I had to do was pick up the phone call HomeServe and they took care of the rest. The plumbers came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem with no money out of my pocket. The plumbers were courteous, respectful and very helpful. The work was professionally done and I couldn't be happier. My neighbor was so impressed that she is signing up with HomeServe as well. I highly recommend the security of having HomeServe back you up in case of that emergency.
