Very friendly, knowledgeable men and I would have given five stars except James, who opened my bathroom sink drain left my bathroom very dirty. I had to scrub everything clean.

Service was exceptionally easy. I called the insurance number, let them know the issue, and they arranged for someone to come out the next morning. Contracted worker communicated directly with insurance company, and I didn't have to pay for anything. So grateful that I had this insurance.

Here’s the deal. We are not plumbers so we have to rely on the integrity and skill of the plumbers that come to our home. So far we have fell that switching to Hers and His Plumbers has raised our confidence and comfort. I cannot say that about all your contract plumbers.

The service was absolutely incredible!! I phoned Home Serve and received someone immediately. They set me up with a plumber and I had just hung up the phone from talking to Home Serve and the plumber's office called and they were here the next morning and fixed the problem. Thank you so much Home Serve!!
