I hope I m doing the survey for John Colins and Not anyone else. He is the best. He made the whole "not covered" issue into a positive experience eventhou I had to pay to the replacement of the backstop water valve.I strongly suggest u guys cover All Heat premiere policy parts if u want to retain me as a customer. Next time I will Not give u 5 stars since u can't afford to send John to All of your service coverage issue calls. Feyase was here few days before and didn't do anything to help get it done. When I tried to give 1 star to Homeserve on that call - it wouldn't take it and came back as an error. 1 rating would not be an error.

My experience with Home Serve on my recent request for service was outstanding. I called about an issue with backed up external sewer line. The person who took my information filled out a request for a plumber to come evaluate the issue as we talked. The plumber called me while I was still on the phone with her. Now that is prompt service!!! They scheduled an appointment with me to come out the next day and evaluate the situation. They came within the time frame provided, evaluated the situation, then came back the next day and fixed the issue in a couple of hours. I highly recommend Home Serve for peace of mind to be there to help promptly and efficiently. The are awesome!
