I was pleased electrician called me day before to arrange repair visit. She learned and told me fan fixture was not secure. After removing fixture & testing voltage power, she informed me of options. She recommended a new fixture and accompanied me to Lowes to purchase a new fan. She and her assistant installed the new fan/light combination. I am thankful for their professional respect for me and their knowledge and skills. Thank you. HC
