It took several calls in to get an appointment scheduled, it seemed my attempts the first 2 times no one followed thru with making the appointment with a servicer. On the 3rd attempt and once the appointment was scheduled the servicer responded promptly and did a great repair job

Company that came out to look at my HVAC must have mistakenly touched something that made it not work anymore.The guy showed up, turned my unit on, it was working and when he left, it was no longer working. I called the company to raise a concern and they charged me a service fee for a repair instead of fixing the issue and correcting the mistake.
