Although a drain clogging issue was solved again temporarily for the second time, 9 days later it was clogged again. The plumber they sent said a section of pipe needs to be replaced.

I would feel far more comfortable if the companies that are sent to do repair work always have the company name on their vehicle.

I’ve always had a quick response from HomeServe. They have had K Jett address my problems in a timely manner. My only complaint would be that the problem seems ongoing and I hope the upcoming appointment with K Jett will finally solve the issue!! All in all I’m thankful my husband recognized the importance of having this type of insurance.

The technician arrived promptly and solved the drain backup problem. He explained what had happened in detail. We could NOT have asked for better service.

Our hot water tank had a catastrophic failure and called the 800 number immediately. The replacement was scheduled for the next day. The installation team did an excellent job and within a few hours the hot water tank was replaced. Great job!
