Poor customer service.Out sourcing to folks that don’t have a grasp of the English language making it difficult to communicate my concerns.Not a number to call under emergency situations.Some situations require immediate attention and not a 48 hour waiting period,Only to receive and email indicating they have found a technician to resolve the issue then being told by the technician that they would be able to resolve the problem tomorrow.

My family has been kept in heat for the past 1 week waiting for your service approval. Your company is heartless.Please do not sign up with this company because they are reap off. This company will collect your money with no problem until you call for service when you need one, and find out by the same company that certain thing are not covered.Please do not make the same mistake I made, run away from this company.

The plumber Mark from JVD Rooter LLC, was on time, 10:15AM (10am to 1pm window). We called Saturday, mid day due to a clogged bathtub drain. Since the house built 1938, I showed Mark how the pipes ran since we have a finished basement. The complete process took only 20-25 minutes to rectify the clog.
