Service and plumbers were excellent! Did a fantastic job on a difficult problem. Unfortunately they inadvertently dislodged a large tile from the bathroom wall and am still waiting to get it fixed per their promise to do so. Have no reason to believe they will not take care of it.

I called & you were able to get someone out quickly. They repaired what had been fixed incorrectly before when we had called to have someone come out in 2018. I look forward to no having water in our basement anymore this spring.

The plumbers were excellent, professional and neatHowever, I was shocked that I had to pay $500. I was under the assumption that my contract was for replacement of hot water tank. Period. No cost to me

The service is excellent. The plumber was excellent they came and fixed the leak and restored my grass back as it was. I was amazed at the quality of work. I am so happy to have found Home Service and will never be without the insurance for such a affordable price.

Natasha the customer service rep I spoke with after I made my initial service call was excellent! She understood the urgency of my needing my furnace repaired ASAP as my elderly mother is staying with me. She made a few inquiries to different furnace repair companies, being it was a Saturday, not many returned her call, however, Bart from Onkor did! I have used Bart's services in the past and have nothing but great things to say about him and his company! As always Homeserve has never disappointed us, keep up your excellent service standards!
