It was late in the evening when I noticed my furnace wasn't working. I called Homeserve around 8 or 9 pm. Temps were in the 30's. They didn't come that night but were there before 9am the next day. The service tech was competent and courteous.

For a last minute call, service was prompt and through, after explaining concerns, Technician went to work. No problems were found, not because they didn’t look. They explained the situation, gave it time to settle down, then checked again before they left. And told us to call contact if need be.

With the lost of power. My couple lights and switch didn't work. Elictrician Torry was nice and looks experienced came and change switch and Gcd but the hallway lights are not fixed which he said needed fixture and Home serve doesn't take care. So my hall way lights are still not working.
