Issue happened on a Friday and the first contractor could not come out till Monday. I called back and asked for another contractor as this was a water leak and was not sure it could wait till Monday.HomeServe came through and managed to get someone to come out the next morning. I was very pleased with the customer service!!

Home Serve responded immediately to my plumbing need within three hours of calling a plumber called me and was at my house the very next day thank you Home Serve for your sense of urgency it is hard to fine today.
