Always takes a while to get a repairman to my area. Wish communication was better between contractor, myself and Home Serve. But the work was excellent once they got here. They came when they said they would. Fixed everything we had problems with. Wish they would put our local plumber back on contract. Some problem with Home Serve that needs to be worked out. He has done all our previous plumbing issues for several years. Now we have to get someone over an hour away. Makes no sense.

When I first called up for help, the person who I spoke to clearly was talking so fast, I couldn't make out what she was saying. I asked her to repeat what she said and she spoke just as fast. I asked her for her name and she continued her "game." I asked her to spell it again, she mumbled again. After the plumber returned my call, 3:15 pm on a friday, I was told no one could come until the next morning. That was totally unacceptable. When I said I'll just call Home Again, again and request another plumbing company, the lady answering the phone said she'd talk to her boss, who then came on the phone and said someone would be there shortly, which is what happened.The plumber who came was excellent. The process in getting help was very poor.The four star rating is only meant for the plumber who showed up.

The first man, Eric, was great. I received a call from you the next day saying I needed a plumber and someone would reach out. I have yet to hear from anyone.

The guys that was assigned to my house came out and just threw a price out cause they thought homeserve was gonna pay for the job and all their missed Covid-19 business they are young not professional at all wanted a second opinion got it and the job was done 11,000 dollars cheaper
