The first plumbers that came weren't able to help. Unfortunately the second plumber wasn't either. now we are waiting for the third plumber to come. So now we've had water problems for over a week. It seems communication needs to improve some maybe the first plumber who comes can handle the issue.

The person sent on first day March 17 was not responsive and cooperative and l ft all the mess and did no clean up where he tried to fix but the person from another company who came next day March 18 was very helpful and cooperative and did the work to our satisfaction.

The last technician that came to service the unit was very thorough.He looked things over carefully and changed a part that was very eroded.
