The service I received from your company's standpoint was not satisfactory. When someone showed up after my initial call, which was about 19 hours earlier, was excellent. I had called about 3:30 PM one day and it was 10:00 the next day before your company called me back. Then someone showed up about 1 hour later and he was excellent. He only lives a few blocks from me in the same town.

5 visits were required to repair my washer (no fault of the repairman). Each time the technician was prompt, explained the problem, and eventually I had a washer that is as good as new. Everyone i spoke to on the telephone was helpful and courteous, I had to wait a very long time for a part to arrive from Whirlpool, but I don't think Homeserve has any control over that.
