The service person was understanding and went to work on the toilet. He removed the object that was stopping the water from flushing.

We had to call twice within a week or so for the same problem. 2 different servicemen. It seems to be fixed now, however, we were told if there's another problem with this type of clog, our contract would not cover it. I think that's a bit unfair as there are MANY years since I have had this service that I never put in even one service call.

Everytime I have had to call HomeServe the operators are very professional and understand my issue and get me the assistance that I need.This last call to HomeServe I received the same professional understanding service from the operators that I talked to. I had to call several times due to the issue / problem I had with the plumbing company that was contracted by HomeServe to respond to my plumbing needs, they understood my concerns and were able to send another plumbing company to fix the issue the 1st plumbing company created.Thank you HomeServe
