The issue is still not resolved! The sewer is still blocked... I have not received any follow-up, although the text app indicates that the service was complete... the plumber said they will need to dig, but I have not been advised when and what is going on; and I becoming increasing frustrated that nothing is happening to fix the problem. I found the service to be excellent. I called on a Sunday morning and within 5 minutes I heard from the plumber that he would be there shortly. Within an hour he was able to fix the problem
