The HomeServe representative handled my service call with patience, friendliness and was knowledgeable in answering my questions. No hassels and I didn't have to call back. The repair company they referred us to was sent out in a very timely manner. He too was very nice and completed the repairs very quickly. We were very pleased with the service HomeServe provided from start to finish.
