Home Serve was not able to locate a plumber to snake my sewer line in a reasonable length of time. I was told by their “agent “ that I could look for one as long as the company was bonded and licensed, which I did. After a few more phone calls to Home Serve, I finally spoke to someone who ok’d my request to be reimbursed for the plumber. I haven’t received it yet, but hopefully they will come through. I was persistent to get what is due to me.

Guys arrived within their window, diagnosing the issue in the first 15 minutes. They had the part we needed on their van and it was completed in less than 30 minutes. Saved us over $750!

CS was knowledgeable.I am not happy with having to pay for services I have not received. What if I want to cancel the service? What will happen to my $75?
