ALWAYS GREAT AND AFFORDABLE SERVICES.

As usual I received a call back from Home Serve as soon as they contacted someone to come out and fix my furnace. The contractor, A-OK came out a day earlier than originally planned. They were fast, courteous and extremely knowledgeable ! If I have furnace problems again I will request Home Serve send them again !

The plumber who came to my house was very nice and answered all of my questions. I still don’t know why my water and sewer bills are so astronomically high, but he did test my toilets, and sinks. There were no issues found. He made a suggestion to replace one sink and to get a water pressure valve installed. I will implement those suggestions.

Mr. Adam did an excellent job. He was professional. He was pleasant and especially, since it was his day off. When you need home service, Mr. Adams is the person you want to do the job. We thank Mr. Chris, for located someone to do the job. Once again, we thank, Mr. Adams for a job well done.

Was very happy with the outcome; two different technician/plumber came to the house to resolve bathroom water issue. Both technicians came to fix the matter, both stated that could not locate the matter nor fix. A new plumber came to the house, he saw the issue immediately,; and fixed the matter immediately ...the bathroom needed caulking around the floor. After applying caulk, let it dry overnight, everything was working. No more water seeping. It also cut down on water bill. !!! Will keep this company number on fast dailing!!
