After much confusion with the plumbing company and when my repair was to be done, the repair was completed 6 days after Home Serve was contacted. The repairmen who completed the work were very good and efficient. Their names were Tony and Eric.

The technician they sent out arrived late and decided to only snake the line instead of jet as I recommended per prior experience with the line. Didn’t clear the entire line. They said they would call back and reschedule but haven’t yet.

The technicians were professional. They completed the job explained what they did, asked if I had any questions and left. I was very satisfied.

Have a serious, reoccurring electrical surge in the dining room and lights on two lines in the kitchen that come on (there are 5 lights) after the two switches are turned on at intermittent times. The service FPL followed up and could not locater what is causing the problems after 20 years of working correctly but they left equipment to monitor our service line to diagnose. Again, the technitian from your company did a great job. The cause of the surge and ceiling light issues is under investigation

I had a plumber come...Jamco Mechanical of Edmonton...late in the day, and he's always professional in his work and his time. Wow, what a lifesaver. I surely recommend him.And I had John, the Alpha Electrical business (if I remember correctly), come to fix a lighting problem. He replaced the switch and it all works like new now. I appreciate these people and their ability to help most anytime.
