Very knowledgeable and polite service to fix my sewer problem in my basement by the contractor. All things seem fixed and working well. Home Serve phone representative taking my initial call represented Home Serve VERY well. Interested in my call, extremely polite & caring and did her best to help set things up to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Couldn't ask for better service all the way around!

I had two home serve items going on at once. One for plumbing (which I think I answered) and one for a washing machine but the machine is not fixed yet. So obviously I can’t answer yet! I would like to be contacted. 803-673-8000
