We had a bad experience with the first tech guy! He left from my dad's home going to the store you get a part for the furnace. Gone for many hours. I had to call to see where he was. Went and did another job while on our time fixing the furnace in my dad home. Did a bad job and the next day heat still wasn't working. Office had to send out another technician from different company to resolve the problem. He did a excellent job to fix the furnace which should have been fixed right the day before.
