I was very pleased with the experience from start to finish. The best part was that it was same day service! I was called in plenty of time prior to the mechanic coming out. He saw the problem immediately and was able to take care of it in no time at all. I am so grateful - I even bragged to friends about the excellent service. Thank you so much!

Once Homeserve realized we had no water, they went all out to take care of us. I think an email notification of the request for service would have been nice. The company, DrainGo that did the repair was amazing. I appreciate Homeserve and would recommend it to all homeowners.
