Very thankful that I oped to have the external electric line service offered. We had a tree come down that yanked out the lines in the weather head on the roof. Ohio Edison could not provide electrical service until that was restored. Home Serve via BP electric got the service restored.

Problem with incorrect work order had to be fixed- originally designated as external when actually internal. And next day the service that marks gas lines showed up in error and commented that they often have problems with McAtee.
