Jeff with Metro Heating did a very nice job, arrived at eight o'clock sharp, performed his troubleshooting, identified the problem, returned at two PM and swapped out the replacement parts. Jeff was very professional and explained the issues he found.

The contractor did come to the property and gave me a diagnosis of the problem. But the problem is actually caused by the toilet according to a different contractor I hired later. I am not if this is covered by my this insurance.
