I called you to report a serious plumbing problem and you immediately contacted a plumber who came to my house and after several hours of digging in nasty mud replaced the problem with new parts. Everything works great again. Very good service. Thank you.

Home serve responding quickly to help resolve my problem. A plumber was able to come out the next day to observe the problem. He then immediately went to resolving the problem the next day.

Home Serve offers very good, quick and friendly customer service. I had a leak and the first two plumbers who came didn't find it but then I asked HS for a senior plumber from another company and the technician who came, Henry from Ross, figured out the problem - he was smart, had many years of experience and knew what he was doing. I recommend HS for the peace of mind, I certainly wouldn't want to not be covered by HS in a situation I was in.

The first person I spoke to when we initially called was not to our satisfaction. Several requests were made for her to speak a little louder as opposed to something just above a whisper. After the third request she put the microphone closer and started speaking very loudly — does so she only have two volumes?

We were assigned Mayes and Sons for a plumbing issue. We had them out a little over a year ago to take care of a plumbing problem then . I can not give higher praise for a company then them . They will not give up u til the problem is solved with professionalism and politeness . It is rare in todays world that a company goes above and beyond for their customers . Thank home serve for connecting us with them again
