Your Plumbing Contractor came out quickly to fix the outside external water line separation from the main inside copper pipe that had caused a massive flood in my basement. This was a emergency situation and your plumbing contractor and phone agent both worked together to help provide prompt service under dire circumstances. Your contractor came out that same evening of my urgent call. He was at my home within two hours and arrived at 7PM on a Saturday night to make the water line repair. I am 75 years and the outside temperature was 20 degrees. Thanks to the contractor's and agent's compassion, professional knowledge and expertise the external water line was reconnected and water was quickly restored without my being injured or physically compromised because of the frigid weather. I am eternally grateful to the telephone agent and the plumbing contractor for their prompt response, courteousness and professionalism. Basically they saved my life. Between the water, electric wires and cold I could easily could have been electricuted or physically gotten frost bite. Both individuals deserve a monetary reward from your company for doing the right thing for a customer without hesitation. They should be highly commended. I am very, very grateful!!

Once I got to talk to someone it was really, but your phone system sucks. The system couldn't understand my phone number and I called n many times. Please get it fixed.
