They did arrive and addressed the problem,and was very professional and polite doing their job. Not sure if I have a break in the line it l still have a wet carpet in living room. Will wait a few days to see if water still remains saturated in carpet.

Jason came at a little after 9:00 a.m. and stayed until around 11:20 a.m. He not only unclogged one of my toilets, but put in a brand-new toilet in my other bathroom. I was very pleased with that, and the fact that I now have 2 1/2 toilets working properly. Also, Jason was very professional and courteous.Thank you Home Serve; I am so glad I am in your program.
