I called HomeServe first thing in the morning when my furnace was out and someone answered with a friendly and supportive voice. They got all my information and said they would be getting in touch with the service repair contractor ASAP and I was contacted soon thereafter and got an early appointment, which the contractor showed up right on time, knew what was wrong with my furnace, changed the part and my house was nice and cozy again.
