Prompt, courteous & knowledgeable

I recently had a leak under my kitchen sink. Called HomeServe and the rep was phenomenal! She scheduled my appointment and made sure i understood the next steps regarding my appointment.My appointment window was 10-2pmI was notified via text at 12:17 that my technician was in route. Every time i checked the status the arrival time was estimated later and later.I text my technician via the app inquiring about arrival time at 2:30…. No response.I then contacted the company at 3:20. The technician was located in my area and at my door within 5 min of that call.The technician approached my door (not wearing a mask) he was asked to wear one upon entering, in which he just turned around and proceeded to his car. The technician quickly located the problem with the leak and advised he would have to call regarding coverage options. After 10-15 min he notified me that hose replacement or facet replacement was not covered! At this point I’ve waisted my entire day to only find that the issue was not able to be fixed! I’ve used HomeServe on several occasions and this is by far the worst!

Great service prompt

Problem with sewer drain. Four visits in year of 2021. Jan. 2022 was told a copper pipe protruding in drain, causing the blockages. WHAT? It is not covered because that is part of the water line? WHAT? why did it take so long to find this problem? Got a phone call and was to receive follow up call and never heard back from home serve.

Technician was on time, found problem and repaired it promptly. Very good experience….
